i like ur show but having hard time fndinig most products in thailand, can you make a recipe, that has no nuts or seeds other then peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, no nut butters, no raw oils , no squash, no fennel, no Watercress .no rocket,no olives, no lemons we have lime, no kale ( we dont get different types here so most of the kale is very bitter) , No dill, No rosemary, no bay leaf, no Celery seeds, no mustered seeds, no berries only
